HOW DO I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
The easiest way is to book online through our secure booking page. By booking this way, you will be offered all our different payment methods.
CAN I FIND A BETTER RATE ELSEWHERE?
No, as we sell directly and without intermediaries, the price displayed on our site will always be the lowest.
It is important to bear in mind, however, that the earliest bookings guarantee the best price, which is likely to rise according to availability.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay by: debit card (Mastercard or Visa) or IBAN bank transfer.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN SEVERAL INSTALMENTS FREE OF CHARGE?
Yes, a deposit of 25% of the price + optional insurance + booking fees will be required at the time of booking.
In your account, you can choose the amount and frequency of your payments by debit card. This does not change the contractual deadline for payment of the balance of a booking: no later than 30 days before the date of arrival.
HOW DO I TAKE OUT HOLIDAY CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE?
By ticking the “I wish to take out cancellation insurance” box on the booking form, your holiday will automatically be registered with our insurer: there’s nothing more you need to do to be covered by the insurance.

WHAT DO THE PRICES INCLUDE?
Campsite pitches: one electricity connection, one vehicle, water consumption, access to the pool area and jacuzzi, access to facilities and free entertainments.
Accommodation rental: water, electricity and gas consumption, one vehicle, access to the pool area and jacuzzi, access to facilities and free entertainments.
Please note that some services may be unavailable in low season: please check with the campsite.
ARE BABIES INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY?
Yes, babies are included in the capacity: the number of people indicated must not be exceeded, for reasons of comfort and safety. Please refer to the description of each category for the maximum capacity, which will never exceed 6 people (including babies/children).
DO YOU HAVE BABY EQUIPMENT?
Yes, we offer baby equipment rental: high chair, travel cot, stroller and bathtub to add to your basket when booking (while stocks last).
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Campsites: pets are allowed (up to 2 per pitch)
Classic mobile homes: only one pet allowed per accommodation (except for the period from 5 July to 30 August when they are prohibited)
Premium mobile homes: pets are prohibited
Cottages: pets are prohibited
Your pet must be vaccinated and kept on a leash; you agree to never leave your dog alone on the site and to ensure that it does not cause any nuisance to the neighborhood. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted.
CAN I BOOK FOR A BIRTHDAY, BACHELOR PARTY OR ANY OTHER EVENT?
No, the accommodation we offer is aimed exclusively at individual customers.
Any booking of more than 6 people or 2 accommodations/pitches (by the same person or by different people who know each other) on the same dates is considered as a group and will be refused.
In addition, we would like to point out that we are not a campsite geared towards festivities. This approach is part of our commitment to offering our vacationers an environment conducive to calm and rest.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A MAP OF THE CAMPSITE?
The campsite map is available on the Interactive map tab.
Pitches are allocated according to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The choice of pitch for a specific number or preference is a chargeable option, to be added to your basket when booking; a selection of pitches corresponding to your preferences will then be sent to you by email, subject to availability on the date your request is received.
If your request cannot be met, we will contact you again to check which alternative would be most suitable for you or to cancel your booking free of charge.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK 2 PITCHES NEXT TO EACH OTHER?
We advise you to book two accommodation/pitches of the same category to offer you to be side by side: this is a chargeable option, to be added to your basket when booking.
If your request cannot be met, we will contact you again to check which alternative would be most suitable for you or to cancel your booking free of charge.
HOW DOES CANCELLATION INSURANCE WORK?
You will be offered optional cancellation insurance when you make your booking. In the event of cancellation or curtailment of your stay, you must first inform the campsite and then make your declaration to our insurer https://camping-la-ferme.claim.meetch.io/travel/en/signin

As we are not part of a chain, you will be answered by a member of the team, whom you will meet in person during your stay.

WHAT IS THE COOL’N CAMP APPLICATION?
Cool’n Camp is our free mobile application: it lets you find out about the entertainment available during your holiday, the activities offered by the campsite and its partners and all the practical and useful information you need to make your stay unforgettable.

WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?
For rental accommodation, check-in is between 4pm and 7pm and check-out between 8.30am and 10am.
For camping pitches, check-in is between 2.30pm and 7pm and check-out between 8.30am and 11.30am.
>> IS IT POSSIBLE TO ARRIVE AFTER THE RECEPTION CLOSING TIME?
Yes, as long as you specify this in the “Comments about your stay” box when you make your booking and contact the campsite 24 to 48 hours before your arrival to confirm the late arrival procedure (deposit taken by telephone, essential information sent to you so that your arrival is as smooth as possible).
DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT?
For mobile homes and cottages, a deposit of €250 for your rental will be required on arrival.
For camping pitches, a deposit of €20 for the bin pass and the compost bin will be required on arrival.
IS THERE A TELEVISION IN MY ACCOMMODATION?
Yes, all our accommodation has a television with French channels.
For TV size, please refer to the description of each accommodation.
ARE BLANKETS AND LINEN PROVIDED?
Duvets and pillows corresponding to the beds in the accommodation are included in the rental price (no extra blankets).
Linen is not provided, but sheets and towels can be hired on request.
CAN I USE A BARBECUE DURING MY STAY?
Only charcoal and gas barbecues are accepted (plancha grills and electric barbecues are forbidden).
If you prefer to keep things simple, you can borrow a charcoal barbecue free of charge on site (but please return it after use so that all holidaymakers may benefit).
CAN I PARK A SECOND VEHICLE ON MY PITCH?
No, only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. Free parking is available outside the campsite.
NB: Only 6-person cottages can park a second vehicle on their plot.
CAN I RECHARGE MY ELECTRIC VEHICLE ON MY PITCH?
It is strictly forbidden to connect your vehicle to the campsite charging point or to the electrical sockets in the rental accommodation.
We have several charging solutions at your disposal:
– 2 generic charging points on request at reception (daily/weekly rates)
– 2 accommodations equipped with a private Tesla charging station “Tesla Destination Charging”
– 5 accommodations equipped with a reinforced “Green’up” socket for EV charging

IS WIFI AVAILABLE ON THE CAMPSITE?
WiFi access is available throughout the campsite.
Daily/weekly/fortnightly packages, individual or family packages (3 devices)
ARE SWIMMING SHORTS ALLOWED IN THE POOLS?
For reasons of hygiene, swimming shorts are prohibited in swimming pools. Swimming trunks should only be worn for swimming, whereas shorts should be worn outside: as they are cleaner, swimming trunks ensure better water quality, as shorts can contain sun cream and dirt.
Young children will need to wear a swim nappy.
WHAT DO I DO IF I ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM ON SITE?
We are here to listen to you so that we can respond to your needs as effectively as possible: if a request is not put forward, it cannot be resolved. The whole team is at your disposal to ensure you have a great holiday!
