About your booking
- How to book?
It’s easy, you can make your reservation online on our secure booking page.
By booking online, all our different kind of payment will be suggested.
- Can i get a cheaper stay somewhere else?
NO, as we only have direct selling without intermediary, we guarantee our best prices on our website.
However, it should be taken into account that the earliest bookings guarantee the best rate, which may increase depending on availability.
- How can I pay?
You can pay by Mastercard, Visa or IBAN bank transfer.
- Can I settle in several times without fees?
Yes, a deposit of 25% of the total price + the optional cancellation insurance + reservation fees will be asked for your reservation.
On your personal account you will be able to choose the amount and frequency of your payments.
This doesn’t change the contractual period of the remaining’s amount payment : the balance must be settled at the latest 30 days before the arrival date.
- How to subscribe to the cancellation / interruption insurance?
By checking the box "I take cancellation insurance" of the reservation form, your stay will be automatically registered with our insurer: you don't have to do anything more to be covered by the insurance.

- What does the price include?
For camping pitches : water and hot showers, electric hook-up, one car, access to swimming pools and jacuzzi, free activities.
For rentals : water, electricity and gas, one car, access to swimming pools and jacuzzi, free activities.
Some services may be unavailable in the low season (please refer to the campsite).
- Are the babies included on the accommodation capacity?
Yes, babies are included on the rental’s capacity: accommodations can’t be occupied by more people than specified, including babies/children, for safety reasons. Maximal capacity in every category : 6 persons.
- Do you have baby equipments?
You can rent a “baby kit” including a high chair, a folding bed, a pushchair and a bathtub. You can also hire this equipments separately (in the limit of the available stock).
- Are pets accepted?
Camping pitches : pets are allowed (within the limit of 2 per pitch)
Classic mobile-homes : one pet is permitted per mobile home (on the condition that it is not allowed on the sofa/beds), except for the period from 8th July to 2nd September when they are not permitted at all.
Premium mobile-homes : pets are not allowed
Cottages : pets are not allowed
Studios : pets are not allowed
1st and 2nd category dogs are not permitted. Vaccination certificates have to be up to date, and your animal must constantly be kept on a leash. You engage to never leave your dog alone on the pitch or in the mobile home.
- Can I book for a birthday or a bachelor party?
No, our accommodations are addressed exclusively to individual customers. Any booking of more than 2 accommodations (by the same person or by different people but knowing each other) on the same dates is considered as a group, so it will not be accepted.
- Can I get a map of the campsite?
Pitches are allocated according to availability, in the order of reservations.
The choice of location for a specific number or a preference is a chargeable option, to be added to your basket when booking. A plan of the campsite will be sent to you after confirmation of the reservation to offer you a selection corresponding to your preferences, depending on availability on the date of receipt of your request. In the event that your request cannot be met, we will contact you to verify which alternative would suit you or to cancel your reservation free of charge.
- Is it possible to book 2 places next to each other?
We recommend that you book two accommodations / pitches of the same category so that you can be side by side: this is a chargeable option, to be added to your basket when booking. - How does cancellation insurance work?
When booking, an optional cancellation insurance will be suggested. In case of cancellation or interruption of your stay, you will first inform the campsite and then make a claim on our insurer website https://camping-la-ferme.remboursement.travel.upcover.fr/en/signin
- How do I contact you?
You can fill in our contact form or call us on +33 450 443 310 during the opening hours of the reception.
As we are not part of a chain, this will be a member of our team who will answer you and meet you in person during your stay.
About your stay
- What is "Cool'n Camp"?
Cool'n Camp is our free mobile app : you’ll discover the entertainments available during your holidays, the activities offered by the campsite and our partners, and also practical and useful information to make your stay unforgettable.
- What are the arrival and departure times?
For a rental, arrival is between 4.00pm - 7.00pm and departure between 8.00am – 10.00am
For a camping pitch, arrival is between 2.00pm - 7.00pm and departure between 8.00am – 11.30am
- Is it possible to arrive after the closing time of reception?
Yes, provided you have specified it in the "Remarks stay" box when booking and contact the campsite 24 hours before arrival in order to validate the late arrival procedure (taking the deposit by phone, sending essential elements to welcome you in the best conditions).
- Do I have to provide a guaranty?
For mobile-homes, cottages and studios, a deposit of €250 for your rental will be required upon arrival.
For camping pitches, a deposit of €10 for the recycling containers’ key will be requested upon arrival.
- Is there a TV in my rental?
Yes, all our rentals have a TV with French public channels. For the size of the television, please refer to the description of each accommodation.
- Are blankets and linen provided?
The duvets and pillows corresponding to the accommodation’s beds are included in the rental (no extra blankets). The linen is not provided, but we rent cotton sheets and towels on request.
- Can I use a barbecue during my stay?
Only charcoal and gas BBQs are accepted (planchas and electric barbecues require too much electrical power). If you want to travel light, you can borrow a free charcoal barbecue on site (on the condition that you bring it back after use, so all guests can use it).
- Can I park a second car on my spot?
Only one car is allowed per pitch. A free parking is available outside the campsite.
NB: Only the “Cottages 6 persons” are allowed to park a second car on their pitch.
- Is there WiFi on the campsite?
WiFi connection is available throughout the campsite. Day/week/2 weeks packages, individual (1 device) or family (3 devices) packages.
- Why do I have to wear speedos at the pool?
For hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to wear swim shorts / long swim trunks in the pools.
Speedos are only worn for swimming, while the shorts are worn outside : as they are cleaner, wearing speedos gives better water quality as shorts might have been used outside and had suntan lotion and dirt on them.
Young children will have to wear a swim diaper.
- What do I do if I have a problem at the campsite?
All the team is available for you to make sure you have a good time : we will listen to your comments and do our best to meet your needs!
